What will you do?
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to define and evolve the Conversational AI platform roadmap.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture and IT teams to design and implement a scalable AI platform strategy.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot initiatives to validate new technologies and platform capabilities.
- Work with integral business stakeholders to identify and develop new conversational AI opportunities.
- Drive the adoption of AI platforms across the organization.
- Manage technology partners and delivery vendors.
- Ensure technical governance, quality assurance, security and operational excellence.
- Lead the integration of AI solutions within the Mercedes-Benz technology landscape.
- Guide architectural decisions and technology evolution.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, Agentic AI capabilities and Large Language Models (LLMs) to identify new busines
