As an AI Project & Product Manager, you are the connective tissue between a high-velocity engineering team and key business stakeholders. You will report directly to the Head of Digital Transformation, working closely to integrate all AI initiatives into the organization's broader strategic roadmap.
Your focus will be on orchestrating delivery, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining a strong project cadence. While you won't write code, you will actively engage in technical discussions with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Security teams, challenge assumptions,



and ensure that AI & Data engineering decisions are grounded in real-world business needs.
Translate business needs into structured product and project requirements.
Own and manage the project "heartbeat" (planning, prioritization, resource management, progress tracking, and reporting).
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in project management and 3-4 years in AI, ideally in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
Stakeholder Management: Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.
Track record of delivering AI or data-driven products from prototype to production, with strong Agile/Scrum experience.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in English; French is strongly preferred.
