We are looking for a Senior Legal Councel expert in Corporate to join our Impress Legal Team
The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer-facing companies within the healthcare or medical device sector, and a strong background in consumer law, regulatory compliance, litigation, and corporate law. This role combines hands-on legal work with cross-departmental collaboration, supporting business operations across multiple jurisdictions and helping to ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Your responsibilities include: Corporate & Transactional
- Draft SPAs, SHAs, term sheets.
- Manage cap table legal docs.
Contracts & Commercial
- Draft and negotiate key contracts.
- Maintain templates across jurisdictions.
Corporate Governance
- Prepare board minutes, resolutions.
- Coordinate claims and proceedings.
- Liaise with external law firms.
Expansion & New Markets
- Structure new-market legal entry.
Requirements:
- Full professional English proficiency;
- A qualified lawyer with 3+ years of experience in Lawyer firms.
- Experience in a consulting firm or a fast-growing in-house corporation.
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical and organisational skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and research skills.
