As AI Engineering & Platform Lead, you will act as the central technical authority for the company's AI capabilities, leading the industrialization and scalability of AI solutions across the organization.
You will be responsible for building and governing the enterprise AI platform, ensuring robust architecture, integration with the IT landscape, and alignment with engineering best practices. Working closely with the Digital Transformation team, you will drive the technical execution of AI initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and operationally efficient.
You will also play a key role in leading and developing the AI technical community, fostering talent growth, defining standards and enabling collaboration across cross-functional teams at both local and global level.

Ensure integration of AI solutions within the broader IT ecosystem, including data platforms, security and network architecture.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security and ethical AI guidelines, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate the allocation of AI technical resources across projects, ensuring quality and consistency in delivery.
Oversee performance, reliability and continuous improvement of AI solutions, while monitoring emerging technologies and industry trends
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence or a related quantitative field (PhD is a plus).
Proven experience in IT or Engineering (8+ years), including leadership experience in AI, machine learning or data-driven platforms.
