We are looking for a Senior DevOps who will contribute to a project with one of our general customers in banking sector.
You will support, improve, and modernise the DevOps Toolchain by delivering secure, auditable, and supportable capabilities that enable a wide range of users to deliver software safely and effectively.
You will work in active partnerships with developers, citizen developers, information security, audit, risk, compliance, platform teams, and other enterprise users.
Collaboration 100% remote within Spain.

⚙ Design, build, and evolve DevOps platform capabilities in direct partnership with developers, citizen developers, and control functions.
Provide third-line support for CI/CD platforms, build agents, and self-hosted tooling.




Design and operate AI assisted DevOps capabilities such as AI supported CI/CD, testing, quality, and operational automation.
Strong experience with DevOps platforms, CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
~ Demonstrable experience working directly with developers, citizen developers, and control functions (information security, audit, risk, compliance) as design partners, jointly designing solutions rather than operating through hand-offs or post-delivery review cycles.
~ Claude Code (or equivalent agentic coding tools): enterprise onboarding, access control, governance, safe rollout, and operating model.
~ GitHub Enterprise Cloud and build agents (AKS based self hosted, GitHub hosted), GitHub Copilot: organisation and repository administration, policy enforcement, RBAC, audit logging, runner fleet management, secure defaults, and AI assistant governance.
