Chief of Staff to the CEO

Prepare the board and investor materials for Tutore and Innova — not by collecting slides from others, but by building the analysis yourself and being able to defend every number in it.
Run the hard analyses. Run projects. Own a portfolio of projects that Vaughan employees are working on. Make sure things keep moving, track progress, and flag any roadblocks to the CEO.

Two or three specific decisions were materially better because of analysis you did.
3–5 years at a top-tier strategy consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar), private equity, or investment banking.
~ Familiarity with AI tools (including how to use them to build Excel files and PowerPoint presentations)



– combined with business judgment to know when AI solutions don’t make sense and need to be challenged
~ Professional fluency in both Spanish and English
~ Comfort with ambiguity, incomplete data, and having your work seen by a PE board
