We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team working on next-generation Digital Products for connected healthcare. You will act as agile mentor and facilitator for a cross-functional team, helping shape products that meet the demanding standards of our healthcare partners and customers.

Work within an agile environment where teamwork is central to everything we do.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Data Analytics, IoMT, and design.
Take on the role of Scrum Master, agile mentor, and facilitator for team meetings and stakeholder communication.
Act as an internal change agent, driving the organization's shift toward more Agile, adaptive ways of working.

2+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master in IT development.
~ Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on application of Scrum and/or other Agile frameworks.
~ Passion for agile topics,



with the drive to motivate the team and sustain momentum.
~ Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or similar.
~ Fluent English (written and spoken).
~ Knowledge or experience with agile frameworks for scaling agile teams.
Individual training budget of €1,200 (languages, books, certifications, etc.).
~ Hybrid model: 2 days per week at our city center office, remote the rest of the week.
