- Applying antifouling treatments and carrying out hull maintenance
- Diagnosing mechanical faults and ensuring high-quality maintenance standards

To qualify for this position, you should possess a solid technical background and relevant practical experience in marine mechanics. The requirements for this role are:

- Intermediate vocational training degree in mechanics (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà)




- At least 6 months of practical experience working as a marine mechanic
- Knowledge of Spanish and English
- Strong technical capability, precision, and reliable execution of repair tasks

This position offers a permanent full-time contract (contracto indefinido) in Palma, providing stability in Mallorca's strong nautical sector. The working schedule is structured from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30, and on Friday from 08:00 to 14:00, allowing you to enjoy your Friday afternoons and weekends. The compensation provided is rated above the standard collective bargaining agreement (convenio) for this professional category.
