Responsibilities

- Carrying out technical diagnostics, routine maintenance, and complete mechanical repairs on various vehicles.
- Inspecting mechanical systems, troubleshooting faults, and servicing key vehicle components.
- Ensuring all repair work strictly complies with safety, technical, and quality standards.
- Managing workshop tasks efficiently to support smooth day‑to‑day operations in Palma.





Requirements

- Practical work experience in a mechanical workshop as a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd class mechanic.
- A valid driver's license (essential requirement for testing and moving vehicles).
- Solid working knowledge of motor vehicle systems, diagnostic procedures, and mechanics.
- A precise, independent, and reliable approach to manual work.

Employer Provided Conditions

- A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) in the private sector.
- Workplace based in Palma, Mallorca.
- Regular weekly schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 to 16:00, and Wednesdays split from 8:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00.
- Compensation according to the official metal sector collective agreement (convenio metal).
