We are looking for aFinance Intern(Accounts Payable)tobe part ofthe team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of theAssistantDirector ofFinance,you’llsupport the Finance department on the financial operations of the hotel while managing hotel assets and ensuring a centralized accounting environment.

Reconcile check requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.

Liaise with purchasingdepartemntin solving any discrepancies

Processinvoicesandensureapproval.

Assistwithmonth-endclosingandledgerentries.

Providesupport insupplieraccountsreconciliationduties

Ensurecompliancewithprocedures.





Provide support for any ad-hoc tasks that may arise in the department.

Qualifications

What we are looking for...

You´re studying a bachelor´s/master´s degree in hospitality or a related field

You have the possibility to sign an agreement with your school for a period of preferably 6 months

Advancedskillsin MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software

Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and haveahigh-levelattention to detail.

You take ownership ofimportant issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions.

You learn quickly and adapt to SLS’s unique culture.
