Your responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up
- Record customer interactions in the relevant systems
- Maintain high service quality and meet SLA requirements
- Collaborate with the team and support additional tasks when required

Requirements:

- Native or fluent Danish and English
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration
- Ability to work effectively in a customer service environment
- Ability to independently handle customer cases through resolution or escalation




- Experience in the automotive industry/knowledge about electric vehicles will be a plus

- Full-time position with a permanent contract: 39 hours/week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
