- Performing manual tasks directly related to regular agricultural operations.
- Applying phytosanitary treatments according to standard protocols.
- Carrying out basic preventative maintenance and upkeep of tractors and farm equipment.

We are looking for a practical candidate who feels comfortable working with farm equipment. The main requirements for this position are:





- Solid agricultural knowledge and hands-on skill in operating farm machinery and tractors.
- A valid driving license (Class B).
- No formal academic degree or specific level of studies is strictly required.
- Specific previous work experience is not required (0 months mandatory), making it open to anyone with the right practical skills.

This position offers a structured work environment with clear working hours and good conditions:

- Permanent contract (Indefinit) for long-term stability.
- Gross annual salary of €28,000, which can be negotiated depending on your individual experience and knowledge.
- Fixed work schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 06:30 to 15:30.
- Employment location based directly in Manacor, Mallorca.
