In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day butcher shop operations and ensuring that every customer receives attentive service and quality products. Your main tasks and duties will include:

Responsibilities

- Receiving incoming stock, checking orders, and preparing items according to client requests.
- Manufacturing, preparing, and processing a variety of meat products according to established standards.
- Serving walk-in customers in the shop, offering recommendations, and taking detailed orders.
- Ensuring full compliance with strict food safety guidelines, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
- Adhering closely to all workplace safety procedures,



including occupational risk prevention (PRL) rules at all times.

Qualifications

- At least 24 months (2 years) of practical work experience as a butcher.
- Educational background: compulsory secondary education (ESO / secondary school diploma).
- Essential certified training in food hygiene, quality control, food safety, and allergen management.
- Spanish language skills at C2 level to communicate smoothly with customers and team members.
- A valid Class B driving license.

What is offered

- Gross annual compensation of €21,083.40.
- Full-time position with a 6-month temporary contract.
- Official start date on October 1, 2026.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday with morning shifts (05:00 to 12:00) and afternoon shifts (12:30 to 19:30), plus Saturday shifts from 09:00 to 14:00.
- Work location conveniently based in Palma, Mallorca.
