Essential duties

- Reading and interpreting architectural plans and construction blueprints correctly.
- Carrying out accurate site layouts and staking work (replanteos) before and during construction phases.
- Operating specialized tools, equipment, and construction machinery safely and efficiently.
- Directing, guiding, and assisting site laborers and helpers in their daily duties to ensure smooth progress.

Requirements

- At least 24 months (2 years)



of documented professional experience as a skilled construction worker.
- A valid Class B driver's license.
- No formal academic or school qualification is required, as practical job experience is prioritized.
- Computer knowledge is not required.

Employer offers

- A permanent full-time contract.
- A gross annual salary of €26,067.47, distributed across 14 yearly payments.
- A regular, fixed working timetable from Monday to Friday, working 08:00 to 16:00.
- Expected start date for this position is August 25, 2026.
