As a Cook at this establishment in Muro, you will play an active role in daily food preparation and kitchen organization. Your main responsibilities include:

- Preparation, cooking, and careful plating of traditional Mallorcan and Mediterranean dishes.
- Management and autonomous organization of your kitchen section (partida de cocina).
- Strict compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Quality control of ingredients and maintaining high hygiene standards across all kitchen work areas.

To be successful in this position, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:





- Essential hands-on experience and solid knowledge of traditional Mallorcan cuisine.
- At least 24 months (2 years) of verifiable work experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Completed secondary education (ESO / Graduado Escolar or equivalent).
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and precision when handling food products.

This position offers stable employment right in Muro, Mallorca, with the following official conditions:

- Full-time position with a permanent contract (contrato fijo).
- An official gross annual salary of 25,117.82 EUR.
- Defined working schedule: Monday to Friday (except Wednesdays) from 08:00 to 14:00. On Saturdays and Sundays, working hours are split from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 20:00 to 23:00.
