PMO – Digital Industrial & QA Solutions | Pharmaceutical Industry

We are seeking an experienced PMO – Digital Industrial & QA Solutions to support strategic digital transformation initiatives within a leading pharmaceutical organization.

This role will play a key part in the successful delivery of critical Manufacturing, Laboratory, and Quality Systems projects, working cross-functionally with QA, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Support governance, planning, and execution of strategic projects
- Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests
- Prepare Steering Committee materials and project status reports
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, resource allocation, and project progress
- Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, validation processes, and audit expectations




- Maintain project documentation and governance standards

Desired Experience

- PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
- Strong understanding of GxP-regulated environments
- Knowledge of Manufacturing, Laboratory, or Quality Systems
- Experience with governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Systems Experience

- PAS-X (MES)
- LIMS / LES
- LabWare
- Quality and Manufacturing digital platforms
