Seqera develops software that helps scientists analyze and process data, consolidating fragmented data and computing resources into a unified platform for life sciences organizations.

Задачи

- Build and operate internal infrastructure supporting engineers, services, and customers;
- Design and evolve cloud infrastructure with a focus on security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness;
- Own CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tooling;
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment, testing, and release processes;
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and related tools;
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and internal teams to deliver high-impact projects and provide infrastructure expertise;
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems;
- Design and implement tools and technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and security;
- Write internal tools and services to automate manual workflows, improve developer productivity, and provide operational insights;
- Respond to production incidents and contribute to blameless postmortems;
- Continuously improve system reliability.

Требования

- Experience developing robust and scalable infrastructure solutions;
- Expert knowledge of Infrastructure As Code, CI/CD, and modern engineering tooling;
- Proficiency with Terraform,



CloudFormation, or similar tools;
- Experience using infrastructure tooling in an enterprise setting;
- Ability to work with ambiguity, develop hypotheses with limited information, and learn complex concepts quickly;
- Ability to drive tasks independently and proactively seek help and additional resources when needed;
- Strong foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure engineering;
- Experience applying industry best practices and implementing security measures to protect data integrity and prevent vulnerabilities;
- Experience identifying and responding to complex incidents, including issues related to customer infrastructure;
- Ability to communicate with technical teams and leadership to collect requirements and describe software product features and technical designs;
- Nice to have: Experience with multiple cloud providers, developer productivity experience, release engineering experience.
