Our client operates a large-scale e-invoicing and B2B payments platform used by hotels, travel companies, suppliers, and restaurant groups across multiple countries, processing well over 100 million electronic transactions each year. They are one of the leading e-invoicing compliance providers in Europe, helping customers navigate evolving country-specific e-invoicing mandates and tax regulations.

They are now strengthening the Functional Analysis capability within their e-invoicing compliance team. This is a non-technical, non-development role. You will sit between Legal, Product, and Engineering,



translating complex country-specific e-invoicing regulations into detailed functional requirements that can be implemented within the platform.

Key skills and Experience required

- Hands-on experience in E-Invoicing and EDI compliance projects
- Strong understanding of VAT compliance and tax-related processes
- Familiarity with PEPPOL, CTC, Clearance Models, or Digital Reporting Requirements
- Proven functional analysis and requirements gathering experience
- Experience with process mapping and workflow design
- Business analysis experience within regulated environments
- Experience producing functional specifications and user stories
- Experience working across multiple European countries and regulatory frameworks
