Own a product vertical at the company building the revenue engine for AI agents

We're partnering with one of Europe's most ambitious AI infrastructure startups to hire a Founding Product Manager for their new Barcelona hub.

This company is building the monetization layer for AI agents helping AI-native companies turn usage into accurate, scalable, and compliant billing. As AI shifts the unit of value from a "seat" to an "outcome," they're defining what modern monetization looks like.

Backed by top-tier investors, the company has already raised $33M in pre-seed and seed funding, reaching a valuation of over $100M.

1. Why this role is special

- This is not a "write PRDs and manage a backlog" role.
- This is not a "coordinate stakeholders and sit in meetings" role.
- You'll join at the earliest stage as one of the founding product hires in Barcelona, working directly with an elite founding team to own a core product vertical end-to-end and shape the product from the ground up.
- You'll have real ownership, real influence, and the chance to build products in a space where AI is redefining what the product even is.

The founding team

You'll work alongside operators who have already built category-defining companies:

- CEO previously scaled a company to $250M ARR and a $4.4B valuation.
- CPO previously founded and sold a billing infrastructure company to Salesforce.
- Early engineers and advisors come from Stripe, Meta, and Palantir.

The Barcelona office will become the company's founding product and engineering hub in Europe.

2. What you'll do

As Founding Product Manager, you'll own a core vertical of the platform — from discovery to shipped product.

You'll:

- Work hands-on with engineering to build and ship, not just define requirements.
- Talk to customers constantly — sit in sales calls, join deployments, and pull feedback yourself.
- Turn ambiguous,



first-of-their-kind problems into products that ship and move the numbers.
- Define what monetization looks like when the unit of value is an AI outcome, not a seat.
- Partner directly with the founders on product direction and strategy.

This role is designed for someone who builds themselves, loves shipping fast, and takes real ownership of outcomes.

3. What we're looking for

We're looking for builders who are deeply customer-obsessed . People who create products from zero to one, thrive in ambiguity, and use AI to move faster than anyone expects.

Idóneo background

- 5+ years in product, ideally including early-stage / 0→1 environments.
- Proven experience shipping products end-to-end, with a strong bias toward building over documenting.
- Comfortable working close to engineering — technical fluency or a hands‑on, prototyping approach.
- Experience in B2B software sold to other companies (not internal tools).
- A track record of genuine customer obsession — you seek out customers, you don't wait for feedback.

Strong signals

- Founder or founding-PM experience, or having built and shipped something yourself.
- Background in FinTech, billing, payments, monetization, usage tracking, or developer tools.
- Experience at companies such as Stripe, or other leading infrastructure / B2B SaaS startups.
- Genuinely AI-native — you build with AI agents and use AI tools to create leverage every day.
