HITACHI ENERGY SPAIN, S.A.U. is seeking a Project Worker Advisor to lead the international employee mobility process within the GPQSS Global Operations organization.
The role focuses on policy, compliance and coordinating with project teams to mobilize personnel to general customer sites. You will develop mobility programs, select and prepare assignees, manage relocations (visas, housing, expenses) and design expatriate policies, including compensation and benefits alignment.
