Summary
We're looking for a Senior Paid Ads Manager to own paid performance for our account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting mid-market (MM) and enterprise accounts. You'll partner closely with the Senior ABM Manager to promote our products inside an ABM environment, and make sure every target-account campaign hits its benchmarks for new opportunities. Your day-to-day center of gravity is LinkedIn, with Meta/Facebook, X, and YouTube in your toolkit for broader account reach. This role suits someone who works with autonomy, moves fast, and uses AI daily to run a sharper, faster operation. You'll report to the Paid Social Team Lead.
- Own paid performance for our ABM programs, partnering with the Senior ABM Manager to promote our products to target accounts across the MM and enterprise segments.
- Manage day-to-day paid campaigns with LinkedIn as your bread and butter, supplemented by Meta/Facebook, X, and YouTube, tracking performance daily against CPL, CPA, ROAS, and account-engagement benchmarks.
- Partner with the Senior ABM Manager to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns aligned to target account lists, account tiers, and buying-committee roles.
- Turn campaign and account engagement data into actionable insights, and proactively flag trends, opportunities, and challenges to the ABM and product teams.
- Own bidding, budgets, account-based targeting (including LinkedIn Matched Audiences and similar tools), and creative testing to hit performance goals.
- Use AI tools daily to speed up reporting, testing, and optimization.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams and agencies to adapt ABM strategy to regional account trends, sales feedback, and performance data.
- Work with the Paid Social Team Lead and the rest of the Paid team to share benchmarks, surface insights, and align on what's working across accounts.
- Partner with Copywriting and Design to build and test ad creative tailored to account tier, platform, and region.
- Maintain relationships with paid platform reps (LinkedIn, Meta, X, YouTube/Google) and evaluate new ABM tools or ad formats worth testing.
- Share performance insights and platform updates with the Growth team to build shared knowledge and surface new ideas.
- 6+ years of experience managing paid ads campaigns, with must-have, hands-on LinkedIn expertise (including LinkedIn Matched Audiences and account-based targeting); experience on Meta/Facebook, X, and YouTube required as well.
- Hands-on experience running ABM campaigns targeting MM and enterprise accounts; familiarity with ABM platforms (such as 6sense or Demandbase) is a plus.
- Strong experience selling into a sales-led growth funnel, ideally within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals; exposure to product-led growth (PLG) is a plus.
- Track record of managing campaigns against daily performance benchmarks (CPL, CPA, ROAS, SQO, account engagement) and adjusting quickly based on data.
- Experience partnering with ABM and product marketing teams to align paid campaigns to account tiers and buying committees.
- Skilled at translating data into clear, actionable insights for non-paid audiences like ABM and product teams.
- Works with autonomy, moves fast, and builds AI tools into your daily workflow to optimize campaigns and reporting.
- Data-driven approach, with experience building dashboards and using analytics tools to track, report on, and optimize performance.
