Shine is seeking a Regulatory Analyst specialised in labour legislation and payroll to join our Payroll team in Madrid. You will translate regulatory changes into product requirements and work with Product, Engineering and Quality to stay compliant with Spanish laws.
This role requires strong knowledge of payroll, Social Security and employment contracts, plus the ability to communicate complex rules clearly. You will maintain a regulatory calendar and support roadmap decisions.
