Capitole in Madrid is seeking a Share Plans & Reward Specialist to support the administration of employee share plans and adaptable benefits. You will coordinate plan administration, payroll data, and communications with providers, while collaborating with Reward, Payroll, Tax, Finance and Legal teams.
In this role you handle complex employee data, ensure data accuracy, and deliver compliant, timely payroll inputs and reconciliations in a multinational environment with a hybrid work model.
