Ventós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals with the Head Quarters located in Barcelona, Spain. As part of our transformation journey, we are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our operations in Barcelona and help us build a more standardized, efficient and high-performing operational organization.

Reporting directly to the Corporate Operations Director and forming part of the General Operations leadership team, this role combines operational leadership with the deployment of Operational Excellence across our Barcelona operations.

Our Barcelona operations are the heart of our global supply chain and will serve as the benchmark for our future operational model. Your mission is to lead our operations in Barcelona, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, service and productivity while building a culture of accountability, operational discipline and continuous improvement.

Lead the day-to-day operations across our Barcelona facilities, ensuring excellence in safety, quality,



service and operational performance.
Develop, coach and inspire warehouse supervisors and operational teams, creating a high-performance culture based on accountability and ownership.
Monitor operational performance through KPIs, ensuring robust action plans and sustainable results.
Lead operational projects that support the company's transformation and future growth.

Lead the deployment of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies across all Barcelona operations.
Implement Lean tools including 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Kanban, SMED and Value Stream Mapping.
Promote structured problem-solving using methodologies such as A3, PDCA, 5 Whys and Ishikawa.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels, quality and resource utilization.
Ensure improvements are embedded through standardization, training and performance follow-up.
