We are looking for a Developer Analyst with solid experience in Java and Spring Boot microservices development, capable of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions within a financial services environment.
The adecuado candidate has hands-on experience with messaging platforms, relational databases, REST APIs, and modern software development practices, including CI/CD and version control using Git.

Develop, maintain, and enhance Java / Spring Boot microservices.
Design and implement REST APIs and backend services.
Integrate applications with messaging brokers such as Kafka, IBM MQ, or similar technologies.
Design, optimize, and maintain queries and data access layers for relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).




Participate in CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities, and production support.
Analyze and resolve production incidents, ensuring service stability and performance.
Collaborate closely with Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Business teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Perform code reviews, promote development best practices, and mentor junior team members.
Support the integration of AI/LLM-based solutions and help evaluate the quality and effectiveness of AI-generated outputs.

3+ years of experience in Java backend development.
3+ years of experience working with Spring Boot.
Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, IBM MQ, or similar platforms.
Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
Advanced English level (C1 or higher).
Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, teamwork, proactivity, and quality-oriented minds
