We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with deep experience to join our general team. Track opportunities across portals, commercial channels, outreach and your own network. Bid library, reusable methodology boilerplate, past-performance dossier, CRM, roster, and framework registrations. Python, Django / DRF, REST API design, PostgreSQL, React, TypeScript, data pipelines, AWS clouds, Docker, CD/CI. SPA versus server-rendered tradeoffs, design system budget efficiency, and responsive/accessible implementation costs.
⚬ Can navigate common issues like GDPR, data residency, SSO/SAML/OIDC, ISO 27001,



WCAG accessibility, offline-first/low-bandwidth deployments, legacy integrations, and localisation.

If you can explain to a programme officer why their stated requirement is the expensive route to what they actually want, and propose the cheaper one without losing the bid, you're the person we're looking for.

Preferred) Technical Background: CS degree or equivalent (software engineering, informatics, maths, or a numerate engineering discipline). We prefer teaching commercial craft to a technical person over teaching technology to a salesperson.
⚬ Cross-Functional Experience: Combined experience in software development/management and technical sales, bidding or partnerships.
⚬ Experience developing partnerships, supporting startups or writing public procurement offers.
⚬ Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English. Spanish is a strong advantage.
