We are looking for a National Sales Director to join us in Spain on our growth path.

Ensure the growth and profitability of Impress's operations in the respective region/s, driving sales and profit results across all clinics.
Take an active leadership role in managing rented spaces and Impress's flagship clinics, being responsible for their performance and operations.
Act as a liaison between the General Manager and the Impress clinics; communicate the vision, motivate all team members, and ensure high performance and a competitive environment.
Monitor the sales plans of Clinic Managers, Treatment Coordinators, and doctors daily and weekly; Ensure compliance with monthly and annual budgets,



maximizing revenue streams and minimizing costs in close collaboration with Clinic Managers.
Lead and train the sales team, hygienists, and dentists in best business practices, monitoring their KPIs.
Ensure compliance with sales and operational processes, as well as follow-up procedures. Organize team work schedules (sales, hygienists, and dentists), ensuring optimal staff training and efficiency.
Participate in recruitment, training, feedback, and contract termination processes.
Guarantee a seamless customer experience at every stage of the customer journey.
Ensure a flawless image (look and feel) in our clinics and achieve the highest NPS (Net Promoter Score) scores.

Experience in B2C sales.
Autonomy and the ability to work on projects; advanced analytical, planning, and deadline management skills.
Fluent English (ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT).
