We are looking for a talented SLA Management professional to join our team for a leading multinational company in the technology sector.

Creation, signing, and archiving of SLAs in the corresponding repositories (shared unit, Argos).
Liaison with client entities regarding provided services, volumes, charges, SLAs, and invoicing.
Up-to-date maintenance of Infrastructure & Platform (I&P;) services and Applications master files, ensuring data quality and integrity in terms of accuracy, validity, and consistency across all financial categories.

Proven experience in SLA lifecycle management, master data maintenance, KPI monitoring, invoicing, and service reporting
Experience working with ServiceNow, SharePoint, IV2, and document repositories such as Argos
