Eterniti is seeking a senior HR/People leader to partner across the group, overseeing culture, talent acquisition, development and HR operations. The role is based in Barcelona with a 50–60% (20–24 hours/week) schedule, reporting to the CEO and COO, and involves cross-entity collaboration in a fast-growing hospitality group.
You’ll lead an HR team, drive dashboards and KPIs, manage tools like JazzHR and Skello, and contribute to strategic people initiatives across European destinations.
