About the Role

We are looking for an execution-focused Head of Marketing to take full ownership of our general growth engine. This is a pivotal leadership role for a high-performing generalist who thrives at the intersection of high-level strategy and direct execution.

Reporting directly to Executive Leadership, you will own customer acquisition, channel optimization, brand positioning, and demand generation. If you excel in a lean, fast-paced environment where you have the autonomy to build scalable systems, test rapidly, and directly move the needle on top‑line revenue, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Drive Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end growth strategy across SEO, paid media, website experience, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lifecycle marketing.
- Optimize Acquisition Channels: Audit current marketing channels to build a data-driven growth playbook centered on lead quality, higher conversion rates, and sustainable LTV.




- Manage Paid & Organic Performance: Hands‑on management and optimization of paid search (Google, Microsoft) and paid social campaigns, alongside driving a long‑term SEO and content engine.
- Lead Data-Driven Experimentation: Design, launch, and analyze structured growth experiments to unlock new acquisition channels and optimize conversion funnels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to align demand generation efforts with revenue targets and capacity.
- Build Agile Reporting Infrastructure: Establish clean dashboards (GA4, BI tools) and core KPIs to maintain real‑time visibility into channel performance and ROI.
- Vendor & Budget Oversight: Direct agency partners, contractors, and specialized freelancers (SEO, design, copy) as needed to scale output efficiently.
