Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct, individualized care to support the personal health and well-being of individuals with cerebral palsy and related conditions.
- Assisting care recipients with mobilization, transfers, and physical support as required throughout the day.
- Accompanying individuals on outings and providing assistance during essential external appointments.
- Organizing and supporting participation in fun, inclusive leisure activities that foster social inclusion.

To be considered for this care role,



you must meet the following essential requirements:
- A formal qualification in the social, health, or community care field (FPGM/CP2 or FPGS/CP3 level).
- A valid driver's license along with your own personal vehicle (car or motorcycle).
