Your role at Hostinger

Join Hostinger's Partnerships team and help us accelerate sustainable growth by building and scaling high-impact partnerships across general markets. As Partnership Director, you'll lead and empower a high-performing team to achieve ambitious financial KPIs through strategic direction, streamlined processes, knowledge sharing, and performance marketing expertise. Backed by a substantial budget and extensive company knowledge, you'll drive the partnerships strategy, strengthen team performance, and identify and scale new partnership opportunities across emerging markets.

Your day-to-day
- Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback for a team of brilliant and highly motivated professionals.
- Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers and affiliates (focus - Asian markets).
- Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
- Conduct negotiations both: internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.
- Nurture the existing relationships with partners to deepen the partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales.
- Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.
- Work together with product heads to find and exploit business cases inside markets.
- Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
