WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a Sales Director to lead MiQ’s agency growth in Spain. This is a market-buildingcommercial role focused on shaping MiQ’s position in market through proactive new businessdevelopment, senior relationship building and excellent end-to-end commercial leadership. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for setting the commercial direction for Spain, building strategicrelationships, generating and converting opportunities, and creating the foundations for long-termrevenue growth. Working closely with a dedicated international cross-functional team in London,



thisperson will play a pivotal role in how MiQ is represented, differentiated and scaled in market over time. Itis an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage, with the chance to help shape future growthopportunities as the market develops. This will come to bear through being a:
- Commercial leader – building MiQ’s agency footprint in Spain from the ground up, creating momentum through proactive new business generation, senior market engagement and excellent commercial execution
- Strategic growth driver and new business seller – executing on the Spain go-to-market plan, identifying where MiQ can win incremental share through capability-led, omnichannel managed service selling and solutions
- Senior stakeholder and partnership builder – developing strong relationships with strategically important agency stakeholders, client decision-makers and broader market influencers, ensuring MiQ is well positioned as a valued partner in Spain
