The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth for UL Solutions regulated ‑ industry software portfolio, with focus on ComplianceWire . This role leads complex, consultative sales engagements with life sciences and other highly regulated customers, supporting GxP training, workforce qualification, and compliance objectives.

Operating in a matrixed sales organization, the role partners closely with Integral Account Managers (GAMs), Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to execute enterprise account strategies.
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle for assigned opportunities, from discovery through close and renewal.
- Build and manage a qualified enterprise pipeline through targeted prospecting and expansion within existing regulated accounts.
- Lead structured discovery focused on regulated training, qualification, inspection readiness, and compliance risk.
- Position ComplianceWire as a validated, compliance ‑ ready learning and qualification platform aligned with regulatory expectations (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, ISO standards).




- Partner with Solution Architects, Validation specialists, and Regulatory SMEs to deliver tailored demonstrations and evaluations.
- Develop value ‑ based business cases that articulate regulatory risk, cost of non ‑ compliance, and reduced validation effort.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management within UL Solutions’ CRM systems.
- Collaborate cross ‑ functionally to support implementations, renewals, and long ‑ term customer retention.
- Ability to support Global Clientele
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling enterprise software into regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, life sciences).
