To support our ongoing operations, we are looking for a motivated Junior Property Manager to join us in a part-time role (20 to 30 hours per week). As a Junior Property Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our managed villas and apartments across the southwest coast. Your main tasks include:
- Management and regular quality control of our clients' exclusive properties
- Planning, organizing, and supervising external craftsmen and service providers
- Guiding, coordinating,



and directing our internal team of gardeners and cleaning staff
- Ensuring smooth operational processes and maintaining excellent standards across all assigned properties

- Ideally, previous experience in managing villas in Mallorca or a strong background in the hospitality and hotel industry
- Proficiency in spoken and written German and Spanish; additional English skills are an advantage

- Possession of a valid driver's license for property visits across the region
- Technical interest or practical hands‑on skills are a distinct advantage
