CloudPay is seeking a hands-on Sales & BDR Enablement Specialist to coach BDRs and AEs, accelerating ramp-up and productivity across our general teams. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing Operations, you will design engaging training, lead sessions, and drive adoption of enablement platforms.
This role requires experience in sales enablement, mastery of MEDDPICC or Challenger, and familiarity with Seismic, HubSpot, and Salesloft. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
