Mission -
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Kidde Commercial EUA, the Kidde Europe Sales Director will be responsible for developing profitable sales across the region for a business that represents a turnover of ~$160M. This includes defining strategic directions based on the voice of customers, decision making, market analysis and implementing a clear strategy to lead the transformation and create a proactive sales culture. This position requires a creative, strategic leader capable of introducing a clear roadmap in a clearly defined timeline. This is adecuado for a passionate, energetic, proactive, and highly entrepreneurial person.

Responsibilities

Assume full responsibility for sales in Europe,
Introduce clearly defined strategies to increase revenue, sales performance and customer satisfaction,
Actively partner with Kidde Product Management and Product Marketing teams to define a clear and actionable product road map,




Drive the team to reach short and long term objectives with clearly defined action plans,
Introduce initiatives to identify opportunities in the market and improve productivity through:

Sales deployment process,
Commercial excellence tools and processes,
Sales force effectiveness metrics and management practices,
Talent development and engagement,
Internal communications,
Motivate employees to reach their potential and defined objectives,

Create clear business plans, roadmaps, and objectives in line with corporate procedures,
Actively participate in industry and trade associations to ensure Fire & Security Products remains on the forefront in the field and in the minds of industry leaders
Develop a strong understanding of the business’s opportunities and leverage its strengths,
Identify new customers and create strategy to proactively contact and win contracts,
