In this role you drive EHS and risk management across Ardagh Metal Packaging Europe, partnering with BU leadership to align with group policies and improve safety, environmental performance, and business continuity. You will oversee compliance, risk assessments, and incident analytics, sharing best practices across sites and reporting to Group Risk. The position involves extensive collaboration across plants and functions, and travel up to 60% to shape a cohesive, compliant EHS culture. You will lead strategic road maps and manage key EHS programs to reduce risk and support sustainable growth.

• Partner with BU Operational Leadership to support risk-based decision making
• Develop 3-year rolling improvement road maps aligned with BU plans and plant actions
• Oversee compliance with environmental permits and EHS laws, ensuring auditable transparency
• Monitor conformity to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and keep abreast of new EHS regulations
• Own coordinated plant self-assessments and BU site assessments per ARMS EHS and BCM protocols
• Drive implementation of EHS, loss control, emergency response, energy management, and BCM practices
• Share best practices within the BU and ensure effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support accurate, timely EHS data reporting and interface with Group Risk
• Conduct management reviews based on KPI trends, incidents,



audits, and inputs
• Perform trouble-shooting reviews for underperforming KPI trends
• Strengthen EHS and risk management culture and develop BU EHS managers
• Lead BU EHS projects and remediation efforts for due diligence and long-term compliance
• Review BU BIA and risk assessments; own BU Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
• Update BU loss event risk in the Enterprise Risk Management System (ERM)
• Represent BU in Group EHS and Risk committees and align with other BUs
• Contribute to development and implementation of group control standards and practices
• Coordinate with BU functions on sustainability, regulatory, strategic planning, and insurance management

Responsabilidades
• Degree in engineering or technical science
• Post graduate degree in occupational Hu0026S / Environmental / Risk management
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing
• Ability to lead remotely in a multiculture environment
