Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and build production-grade AI systems on Azure while enabling engineering teams to adopt AI-native practices. You work hands-on across coding, IaC, CI/CD, testing, observability, and operational readiness at scale. You will shape AI agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and secure delivery pipelines for enterprise AI delivery. You collaborate with architects, engineers, and client delivery teams to scale AI across real business workflows, not just prototypes. • Design and build production-grade AI systems on Microsoft Azure and enable AI-native software engineering practices
• Hands-on coding, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, observability, and operations at scale
• Design AI agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, tool contracts, and governance models
• Implement RAG pipelines, AI assistants, agent workflows, AI gateway components, and MCP-based integrations




• Deliver Azure AI solutions using Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Functions, API Management, AKS, Container Apps, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, and monitoring tools
• Develop reusable templates, reference implementations, demos, and onboarding kits for client teams
• Own implementation workstreams (retrieval, orchestration, AI gateways, Copilot enablement) and mentor engineers
• Enforce secure pull-request patterns, harness engineering patterns, telemetry, cost tracking, and human approval gates

Responsabilidades
• Senior engineer with deep experience in cloud-native engineering focused on GenAI, RAG, agents, GitHub Copilot, AI gateways, evaluation and platform automation
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise AI platforms and governance
• Strong collaboration with architects, engineers, and client delivery teams
