Experteer Overview
In this role you support maintenance projects for power generation assets, coordinating planned and unplanned activities to ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance. You work with cross-functional teams and customers, gradually taking ownership of sub-projects while building expertise toward autonomous project leadership. You contribute to modernization and decarbonization efforts and help drive customer-focused service improvements in a dynamic energy environment.

• Support maintenance projects and service activities for power generation assets ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and contractual commitments
• Coordinate planned outages, maintenance programs, repairs, field services, and follow-up activities to improve fleet reliability and customer satisfaction
• Manage project scope, budget, schedules, risks, opportunities, resource allocation, and change management with customers and stakeholders
• Lead customer and internal project meetings, monitor performance, resolve operational challenges, and identify continuous improvement opportunities and contract expansion




• Contribute to modernization, efficiency improvement, and decarbonization initiatives while supporting sales activities, contract modifications, and proposal preparation

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering and/or project management, preferably in gas turbine, steam turbine, generator services, or the power generation industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English; German is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of project financial management, risk management, planning, scheduling, quality, and compliance management
• Experience using Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce; strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork skills
