In this role, you will source and assess great talent for Gartner, partnering with business leaders to fill defined profiles and open requisitions. You will shape candidate pipelines and develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand needs. You’ll apply diverse sourcing strategies and maintain candidate data to support timely hires. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and open requisitions across assigned Business Units
• Develop a thorough understanding of profiles by building relationships with hiring managers




• Utilize multiple recruiting sources and implement innovative recruiting strategies
• Maintain and leverage a candidate database for sourcing and tracking

Responsabilidades
• 4-7 years' experience in corporate or agency recruitment
• Consistent track-record of success in a metrics-based talent acquisition environment
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
