If you bring strong coordination skills, experience in ramp-up and change management, and are fluent in German and English, this could be your next challenge Main Responsibilities: - Lead and coordinate complex automotive projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables. - Collaborate with specialist groups across different domains to ensure seamless execution. - Drive change management and oversee lifecycle processes throughout the project. - Manage production planning and ramp-up phases, ensuring successful industrialization. - Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report to key stakeholders and management. Requirements: - +5 years of proven experience in project management, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination. - Solid knowledge of change management,



lifecycle management, and ramp-up in production environments. - Hands-on experience with OEMs' development processes, methods, and tools. - Background in electrified components within the MEB series, including battery insourcing. Qualifications: - Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar.
