As an Accountant Analyst, you will support core general accounting and reporting within a Finance Shared Services setup. You will help ensure accurate records, strong controls, and timely closes, while contributing to the Finance Transformation journey through standardisation, automation and AI-enabled tooling. You’ll work with cross-functional finance teams to improve processes and reporting quality. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on compliance, efficiency and decision-support, in a global, hybrid environment.

• Perform general ledger activities including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes according to timelines
• Post accounting entries in ERP accurately and timely
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and escalate discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and audit standards
• Maintain robust documentation and audit trails for audits
• Support financial reporting and variance analysis to spot unusual trends
• Coordinate with PTP, OTC, Treasury, and Tax to resolve issues
• Support automation, digital finance tools and AI-enabled processes under supervision
• Contribute to ad-hoc accounting,



reporting and transformation requests
• Follow SOPs and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Accounting
• Experience in an accounting or RTR role in a Shared Services or corporate setting (preferred)
• Experience supporting external audits and knowledge of statutory accounts and annual reporting
• Experience or exposure to intercompany reconciliations
• Solid accounting knowledge with exposure to IFRS (incl. IFRS 16) and Spanish GAAP; Italian GAAP and BE/NL GAAP exposure desirable
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, BC Media, Maconomy)
• Strong Excel skills; openness to digital finance, automation and AI tools
• High attention to detail, strong organizational/time-management skills
• Clear, professional communication and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under supervision, follow detailed SOPs and operate within review cycles
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus
