Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the institutional solutions growth by identifying treasury pain points for funds, LPs, and service providers, then solving them with technology, analytics, and product initiatives. You will shape the product vision and roadmap, leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful treasury solutions. You’ll stay close to market dynamics, competitor moves, and treasury workflows to inform development. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position within a collaborative, fast-growing fintech committed to global scale.

• Identify high-impact treasury opportunities and problems for institutional clients and stakeholders
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap and align cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations and Dealing to deliver outcomes
• Develop requirements, epics, and user stories in partnership with clients and internal teams
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product direction, pricing, and features
• Understand treasury management and legal tech workflows to inform product design
• Explore FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional growth opportunities
• Build and maintain knowledge of treasury management systems and workflows
• Develop and execute strategies for in-house services and third-party integrations




• Translate financial requirements into clear product specifications and delivery plans

Responsabilidades
• Experience with Treasury products (FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, cash management)
• Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks (treasury management, asset management, banks, fintechs)
• Familiarity with Fintech Treasury Management Systems
• Experience with cash management products (money market funds, deposit optimisation, cash pooling)
• Strong understanding of treasury management principles and solutions
• Product building experience; hands-on contributor
• Experience in roadmapping and guiding teams from uncertainty to clarity
• Ability to work with established systems and identify improvements
• Experience in building both in-house services and third-party integrations
• Experience in developing/executing product strategies involving financial systems or regulations
