Experteer Overview
In this role, you act as a trusted Workday advisor to customers, helping solve business needs through Workday integrations and configuration. You will run micro consulting engagements, deliver demonstrations, and guide adoption of features to maximize customer value. You’ll share expertise, distill complex concepts, and present practical guidance to diverse stakeholders. This position offers hands-on learning, cross-team collaboration, and opportunities to shape customer success at scale.

• Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
• Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
• Create and deliver customer presentations (Accelerator Webinars)
• Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
• Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s); stay aligned with roadmap
• Stay updated on industry practices and engage with customers on topics




• Contribute to new programs to drive customer feature adoption
• Deliver other Customer Enablement services (office hours, configuration reviews, deployments)
• Travel up to 20%

Responsabilidades
• 5-7+ years of experience with HCM and Finance systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
• 3+ years of software consulting experience
• 3+ years IT implementation experience
• Experience with Workday Cloud Connect for HCM and Financials, and Workday Studio for HCM/Financials
• Proficiency with web services (REST u0026 SOAP), JSON, XML, XSLT
• Workday Certification or ability to certify in Integrations and Studio
• Experience with middleware systems
• Strong English communication skills; additional language (French, Spanish, Italian or German) desirable
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements
