As a Business/Technical Analyst, Foundations u0026amp; Knowledge Management, you will shape the knowledge foundation and its integrations across brands. You translate business needs into technical requirements and analyse data and systems to improve AI-powered customer care. You will define content structures, map data flows, and support testing and implementation. Your work enables scalable, knowledge-driven solutions that support cross-brand collaboration and AI capabilities. This role offers impact by shaping how knowledge informs customer experiences and operations.

• Gather and analyse knowledge management and integration requirements and convert them into technical specs
• Assess existing knowledge sources, data flows, systems and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Define and maintain the content model with the Foundation PM for downstream systems and AI customer care
• Map knowledge sources, data flows and integration points to define information movement between systems
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria with technical teams




• Support implementation and configuration of knowledge workflows and integrations and adjust as needed
• Design, execute and analyse tests to validate improvements in quality and performance
• Iterate with business and tech teams to refine solutions based on feedback

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience as a Business/Technical Analyst or similar hybrid role
• Strong ability to analyse data, systems and processes to identify issues and root causes
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and testing plans
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements, including user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on testing and troubleshooting of technology solutions, with design and execution of tests
• Comfort with low-code/workflow platforms and supporting configuration changes
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Located near one of the European offices for hybrid work
