In this role you will lead Agile practices within a healthcare software program, enabling effective collaboration across distributed teams. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement in a large-scale SAFe environment. You guide stakeholders and support the team to deliver value while staying aligned with regulatory standards. Responsabilidades
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement
• Experience working with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks, preferably SAFe
• English level B2+ or higher
