Experteer Overview
As a Senior Secure Email Engineer within AXA’s Cyber Defense, you will shape and secure the email gateway product used across AXA Group Operations. You’ll collaborate with cybersecurity teams, product management, and vendors to define strategy, drive improvements, and resolve incidents. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning security objectives with product delivery while supporting cross‑functional programs and cloud migrations. This is a chance to lead security‑critical email delivery at scale and influence AXA’s security posture.

• Lead technical discussions with Group Security on product topics
• Drive improvements on the proxy/product related to policy configurations, security reports, performance, automation, and new features

and guide L2/L3 activities and incident resolution
• Prepare technical documentation and procedures for projects and BAU teams
• Analyze email activity for security purposes and assess gateway configurations for customer demands
• Oversee integration of the email gateway product with the AXA environment
• Collaborate with CyberDefense, project teams, vendors, and other AXA products to align security needs

Responsabilidades
• Good technical cybersecurity knowledge
• IT standard technologies: DNS, Firewalling, Antimalware
• 5+ years in technical IT roles
• Strong English communication skills
• Open, curious mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• International profile
