Experteer Overview
As the VIPR/VMDR Expert, you architect and operate a Vulnerability Management program across customer environments to detect, prioritize, and remediate exposures. You integrate threat intel, exploit data, and asset context to drive data-backed decisions and measurements. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve remediation SLAs, MTTR, and risk reporting while enabling customers with actionable insights. This role is pivotal to elevating Armis' cyber defense posture in EMEA and beyond, leveraging automation and platform integrations to stay ahead of threats. You will shape risk models and deliver executive-level briefings that translate technical findings into business impact.

• Own end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle from discovery through remediation and reporting
• Lead VIPR/VMDR function, integrating threat intel, exploit data, and asset context
• Correlate internal telemetry with external feeds to assess exploitability and exposure
• Operate and tune vulnerability and detection tools across hybrid environments
• Automate scoring, detection correlation, and reporting pipelines
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Security Engineering, and Cloud Infrastructure teams on SLAs and MTTR
• Build and publish risk dashboards and executive briefings
• Develop and maintain the Armis Vulnerability Prioritization Model (VPM) with CVSS/EPSS and business criticality
• Support penetration tests, red team findings, and security audits
• Deliver weekly vulnerability intelligence reports and leadership briefings for APJ/APAC
• Collaborate with Product Security and Threat Intelligence to integrate data into platform insights
• Deliver training sessions and enablement workshops on vulnerability trends and best practices
Responsabilidades
• 6-10+ years in Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, or Security Detection Engineering
• Deep expertise in CVSS, CWE/CVE, NVD, KEV, EPSS
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability and detection platforms (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Wiz, Prisma Cloud, ServiceNow VR, Centrix VMDR)
• Automation scripting and data pipelines (Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, JSON)
• Familiarity with RBVM and prioritization scoring models
• Cloud-native security knowledge and hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong data storytelling and executive communication
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
• VoC-oriented role experience embedded with Product Engineering
• Mentoring experience and scalable knowledge-sharing
