As Sr Manager, IMSC Information Architecture Plan u0026amp; Source you will help establish Information Architecture as a strategic capability for AI-ready, trusted, and reusable data across IMSC. You will lead end-to-end data asset design and governance, spanning master data to analytics consumables. You will collaborate with data owners, governance, and technology partners to ensure scalable, governed data assets and a strong context layer for AI-enabled decision making. This role offers impact across the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain through data-driven outcomes.

• Design and implement end-to-end FAIR and AI-ready data assets across functional domains
• Lead conceptual and logical information modelling with clear ownership and reusable structures
• Define and apply IA principles and patterns across metadata, taxonomy, semantic modelling, ontology, glossary, and context layer
• Establish domain-level business semantics including definitions, terms, and relationships
• Support development of AI-ready context layer linking metadata, business meaning, and knowledge structures
• Collaborate with Data Owners and process owners to ensure business ownership of data meaning and taxonomies
• Work with Data Governance to embed metadata standards and information architecture policies in data asset lifecycle
• Coordinate with Data Operations and Ju0026J Technology to realize scalable, governed data assets
• Provide IA oversight for strategic initiatives and architecture reviews to ensure alignment with standards
• Contribute to IMSC IA operating model, roles, responsibilities, and governance practices
• Support metadata cataloguing, lineage visibility, data contracts, and reusable templates to improve discovery and trust




• Lead ontology and knowledge graph implementation for a coherent context layer
• Identify opportunities to use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate curation and modelling
• Create guidance, playbooks, and examples to apply IA standards across domains
• Drive adoption of IA across IMSC by communicating value and educating stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated data environments
• Strong knowledge of FAIR, IDMP, ISO standards, data mesh, domain-driven design, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs
• Deep expertise in information/data architecture, modelling, and management
• Understanding of how information architecture enables AI-ready data with semantic consistency
• Experience with data catalogues, metadata repositories, glossaries, ontology tools, semantic layers, knowledge graphs, lakehouse platforms
• Familiarity with Alation, Databricks, Neo4j, TopBraid, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BDC, or similar tools
• Ability to translate business needs into reusable information structures and domain models
• Experience in federated operating models with Data Owners, Governance, and Ops teams
• Track record of supporting multi-year strategy and transformation initiatives in information/analytics
• Strong communication across business and technology stakeholders to senior leadership
• Proven ability to build partnerships and drive change in general ecosystems
• Experience creating standards, playbooks, templates, and adoption materials
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, data contracts, and lineage
• Experience leveraging automation and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate data processes
